We provide General Contractors with a quality driven, safe, and dependable service that assists them in coming in on their schedules. We complete our portion of the projects' work as expeditiously as possible without holding up other trades.

G.C.'s may have to place numerous calls to other subcontractor's to get them on the job when they need to be, but it's not that way with R.G. Bortz Construction. Our men are on the job-site every work day. No time is "wasted" on the road, as we provide other personnel to ensure all supplies and equipment needs for our portion of your job is attended to while work progresses. Often, we may be working Saturdays on the job also, to push the schedule along, if need be.
3. To get the right company with the resources to get it done.
When required, we will bring in temporary services and subcontractors to meet your schedule. All manpower is always under the direct supervision of Bortz Construction personnel. Since the first day of the company's operations in 1984, we have never missed a completion date due to our inability or unwillingness to provide the necessary qualified manpower.
4. To have a highly capable subcontractor to take your headaches away.
Our foreman are completely knowledgeable and are very willing to assist your field supervisor in finding solutions to difficult situations as they arise. We are on the job to do the best, quickest, safest, and most cost effective job as we can for our customers.

R. G. Bortz Construction Co., Inc. takes the safety and health of their employees very seriously. The company and its employees follow federally mandated OSHA safety guidelines, sometimes setting even higher standards for ourselves than OSHA requires; as they are set forth in the company's SAFETY MANUAL. Our SAFETY SUPERVISOR oversees the company's safety mindedness, ensuring all of the employees follow the COMPANY SAFETY POLICY. We will do the work safely.
There are three types of subcontractors bidding your jobs; cheap, quick, and good.
When considering who shall do your work, please keep in mind anyone can give you any two of these, but no one can give you all three.
- You can get a good job done quick, but it will not be cheap
- You can get a quick job done cheap, but it will not be good
- You can get a cheap job done good, but it will not be quick
